An existing tenant had rented four terraced industrial units for over 25 years and converted them into a single space suitable for heavy engineering works. ES Moss were tasked with converting back into four separate properties for individual letting.  The properties were heavily soiled and left in disrepair.

The works took place during the onset of national restrictions due to Covid-19 and the client was very keen to get the works over the line in as quick a time as possible so prospective tenants could agree leases by August 2020.

The outcome was a high quality refurbishment which included internal and external demolition, replacement of the existing asbestos sheet roof with a steel profile roofing system, new gutter linings, external masonry and cladding repairs and redecoration new windows, external doors, sectional doors and security shutters, new toilet facilities, new offices, complete renewal of all electrical, heating and plumbing systems, complete redecoration and new flooring throughout.  The client expressed their satisfaction and complimented ES Moss of the timeliness onthe project despite the restrictions imposed by Covid-19 and the superb quality of the finished product.
