A private landlord wished to revamp a run down Unit so as to attract a new tenant as quickly as possible.

The client requested ES  Moss form additional office space on the existing mezzanine floor which was difficult to access.

Working off scissors lifts a large partition was constructed and fire proofed up to roof level.  The unit was successfully completed on time and within budget and ES Moss were appointed by the incoming tenant to carry out some additional office fit out work.  The project included new electrical and mechanical services, redecoration internally including specialist floor painting to warehouse area, new carpets and vinyl, a new kitchenette,  refurbished toilets and offices areas, new fire rated partitions and door sets, new suspended ceilings and roof and cladding repairs.
