Very tight programme as works needed to be completed by the end of the financial year. Longer shifts and weekend working overcame this issue.
A suite of four new office areas were created, works included new aluminium windows and access controlled entrance doors, thermal wall linings, new suspended ceilings, an accessible wc, vinyl flooring, new electrical lighting, power and data services. A new heating system, bespoke timber doorsets, worktops, shelving, new external brick walls, plastering and decorations. The District Nursing Team praised the quality and speed of the conversion and settled in very quickly into their new office accommodation.
