New Industrial Estate Boundary Wall now completed

This former cemetry wall comprising of over 44,000 new bricks  was re-constructed on behalf of the Estate Landlords and project managed by CBRE’s Building Surveying team. The works were completed in July 2016 in 14 weeks, included the demolition of the existing dilapadated and dangerously unstable wall.

The formation of a new 2 metre deep reinforced concrete foundation and retaining wall, new mixed stock brick walling, creasing tiles and security lighting, landscaping and resurfacing to affected road surfaces.

“Both myself and my client are very impressed with the wall and how it presents. Such a shame its round the back of the estate where no one really see’s it!  Given the number of different parties on site effected by the works I was also very impressed by how smoothly the works went and with the exception of one residential tenant we had no complaints which is fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ES Moss again and will keep you in mind for any future projects. “
