ES Moss are pleased to announce the successful completion of a project to completely renovate a disused floor of the prestigious Elstree Screen Arts Academy. The new facility includes brand new Music, and Dance Studios, a Student Break-Out Area, Classrooms, New Shower, Ablutionary, Toilet and Locker Rooms. Works included, new fire and sound rated partitions, suspended and sprayed ceilings, acoustic sliding partitions, new electrical, data, fire alarm systems, new ventilation, heating and air condition systems, new sanitary ware and integrated plumbing and drainage, roof repairs, decorations, fire rated doorsets, plastering and decorations. This £750k project took 5 months to complete and was ready in time for the start of the January 2022 term.
