Jerry Ball, Managing Director
A Chartered Builder, Jerry joined the company in 2013. With years of experience, Jerry began in the industry as an apprentice bricklayer, before joining the PSA and starting his managerial career in 1990. Now working to grow ES Moss Jerry is passionate about ensuring the ES Moss commitment to excellence remains strong and hopes to help the company continue to grow each and every year. When not working Jerry enjoys family time, playing golf and constantly strives to improve his knowledge of capital cities!
Kieren Beary, Commercial Director
Kieren joined us in October 2014 after having gained a wealth of experience in surveying and estimating. With a prestigious background that includes working in a “top 50” national and regional contracting businesses, he has proven himself to be a fantastic asset to the team. Outside of the day job Kieren is a sports enthusiast and avidly supports the red shirted football team in North London..
Clive Paxman, Construction Director
Clive joined ES Moss in June 2019 after several years project managing for a global facilities services provider in the Defence sector. Clive has a wealth of experience in both Public and Private sectors and has successfully managed projects and contracts as a Client representative and as a Contractor. With over 25 years management experience commencing in the industry as a trainee site agent Clive brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project he undertakes. Clive is a keen classic car enthusiast as well as being a trained photographer and an avid cricket fan.
Peter Timms, Contracts Supervisor
Peter joined ES Moss in 2013 after having worked within the construction industry for 20 years, ten of which were at site manager level. STMS qualified and having worked on projects from £5K to £2million, Peter quickly proved himself to be a true asset to the team. When not managing construction projects Peter is a keen football fan and follows QPR for his sins.
